2017 Oil House Restoration
The Oil House had been neglected for some time and so a major restoration was begun in 2016.
Before restoration
The project included:
- Abatement/removal of rusted, contaminated metal
- Installation of new metal siding and trim
- Add new replicated metal trim such as signature pieces over the door.

Restoration completed.
2019 Generator Building Restoration
The Generator Building had been neglected for some time and so a major restorations was begun.
Before restoration
The restoration included:
- Remove lead-base paint and asbestos tile flooring
- Replace existing roof
- Restore the original window frames and sashes
- Build and install security storm covers
- Replicate metal ventilation louvers
- Replace front door
- Paint exterior and interior
After restoration
New windows and louvres
New door
The work was started in 2018 and completed in February 2019.
